With studies in business administration and coming from actively working with investors all over Puerto Rico- Erick understands firsthand what it is to move to a new area – which is why he loves helping more people to do the same.

With a mentality of always putting the needs of the client as a priority, Erick will put his experience, enthusiasm, and love for negotiating at the forefront for all his clients … always with the ultimate goal of turning their real estate dreams into reality.

Digna Martínez

Digna Martinez is an Associate Broker at Ilia Martinez & Associates. For nearly a decade, she has focused her efforts in creating exceptional experiences for client’s looking for luxury real estate properties. A hard worker, she adds extensive knowledge of the market and the complex real estate industry to the IMA Team- from applicable laws, to negotiations, social media, sales, and business development. Digna also understands the intricacies of this ever-changing business, keeping up with new trends and practices.

A fan of problem-solving management, Digna is attentive to every client’s needs, readily responsive and resourceful. She earns great satisfaction in helping people achieve their goals, especially in times when they are undergoing challenges in life. True to her character is the understanding that her job has no hours of operation or preplanned workweeks, which she enthusiastically approaches with a smile.

On her personal side, she likes places in southern Europe, including Spain, Greece, and Italy, but reserving the top spot for Puerto Rico. She’s an outdoor type, with cycling, beach tennis, pickle ball, road trips and adventures, always in the company of her two daughters.

Kathy Robinson

Katy Robinson is a soft spoken and effective real estate professional with 10 years of experience. This past year she joined the Ilia Martinez and Associates Team of Luxury Real Estate specialists. The newest member of the team has already proven to be an essential and contributing factor in our success as a Team. Katy’s vast experience in advertising and communications sets the highest of standards to the caliber of customer service she delivers. A genuine animal lover, Katy spends leisure time rescuing and fostering beloved furry friends, dogs are her passion outside Real Estate. Without a doubt Katy is an integral part of the IMA Team, and one that brings joy to clients, friends, and colleagues.

Ilian De La Cruz
Office Manager

Ilian De La Cruz holds an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from Caribbean University. With a wealth of over two decades of experience in the Real Estate field, encompassing roles in Office Management and client support, Ilian contributes her steadfast dedication to teamwork, operational efficiency, and a steadfast commitment to professionalism to the IMA Team. In addition to her impressive professional background, Ilian is a passionate traveler who finds joy in exploring natural environments and treasures precious moments with her family. It’s worth noting that she holds a Real Estate License, which serves as a valuable addition to her credentials in the industry.

Daniella Ocasio Martinez
Marketing Manager

In 2021, the Ilia Martinez and Associates Team welcomed our very own in-house marketing manager! “Dani,” as we know her, is an ambitious, creative, and remarkably resourceful part of our team. Tasked with promoting our listings across various real estate platforms, social media, print ads, and mail campaigns, she has consistently surpassed every expectation with her ingenuity and dedication.

Dani’s youth and forward-thinking approach bring a fresh, exciting perspective to our marketing department. Her expertise isn’t confined to traditional marketing avenues; Dani also excels in videography, bringing our properties to life with visual storytelling.

Daniella has earned her bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship, with minors in Advertising and Commercial Photography. Additionally, she has a comprehensive understanding of the industry as she is also a licensed real estate agent.

Daniella is indeed a priceless asset to the IMA Team of Luxury Realtors. She’s a considerate, prompt, organized, and dedicated team player, always ready and capable of elevating the Team to new heights.
